LOST BLOG: Series 3 Figures, LOST POLL, and MYSTERY OF THE WEEK!

Another week has gone by and still some great LOST NEWS to go round. This is going to be a long morning, so let’s get started.

LOST SERIES THREE FIGURES…(breathe, we have until 2008)

Screw the Series 3 figures! Where are our Series 2 figures you ask? The ones of Sun, Jin, Sawyer, and Mr. Eko? Yeah, I know! So, we’ve been told by early 2007, but as of today, it looks like sometime in the next few weeks they will be shipping. But as of yesterday, I heard Series 3 figures are being made and a shipping date of early 2008. Just in time for you to re-enact your favorite hunting boar, to “your gonna die Charlie” scenes. Series 3 is looking like we will be making Desmond, Claire, Ben and Sayid running around the island. Wow, 14 figures and a hatch in all. Very exciting. NOW WHERE’S MY JULIET?!
No pics as of now, but very soon. (don’t hold your breath)…damn you McFarlane. Here’s the series 2.


Let’s stick to the geeky side of LOST, and let’s talk about that UbiSoft game that was supposed to come out last year, to early this year, to now having no release date at all, no specs, no ideas of anything, but still is confirmed coming out by 2007!!!! What?! Stop, please, okay, no! Stop! There is no game coming out by 2007!

MYSTERY OF THE WEEK!!!!

HURLEY BIRD!!!!

So what is with this bird? Two appearances and both times, the bird knows the name of someone on the island. And since we are calling him Hurley Bird, then we know it said Hurley’s name both times. In Exodus Pt. 1 (from Lostpedia.com) you wouldn’t know the bird was there unless you watch so closely and read subtitles. My friends Jason and Sam said that some TV shows play with their Closed Captioning. I said, LOST had to be one of those shows. I guess so. But the most obvious of Hurley Bird sightings was in ”Live Together, Die Alone” the bird makes it’s appearance overhead, swooping towards the party and saying “Hurley”. When Hurley asks did that bird say my name, Sawyer asshole response is “yeah it did, right before I crapped gold!”
So what is this bird, where did it come from and why am I not doing a Mystery piece on Vincent? Grrrr…Plus I couldn’t get a good pic of that damn bird anyway. Was this mystery a bad one? No mystery there! Ha! In Live Forever Die Alone, we all know what we heard, as in it saying Hurley, but why and what is Hurley’s obsession with birds? We have heard him mention birds very often from time to time on the show. And we know many characters, maybe all of them, have an animal connected to them. Kate=Horse, Sayid=Cat, Charlie=Tuna (sorry). Hurley is a mystery in himself and PLEASE stop saying, “Yeah he is, it’s a mystery why he hasn’t LOST all that weight in 3 years.” It’s been 93 days, and he’s looking good!
So, Hurley Bird? What, where, and how? Your thoughts?
