(THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS!!!! These are just RECAPS, thoughts and predictions of what we have seen in LOST. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING AWAY SINCE WE DO NOT WATCH PREVIEWS, ABC SUCKS IN GIVING A LOT AWAY!)
Woke up around 9AM, sorry so late on the blog! Enjoy.
So, a few clues, wait, no, many many clues were answered tonight, and maybe the first time in TV history, it wasn’t ridiculous or far fetched. Definitely not treated as if it was a shitty cliffhanger season finale. I really enjoyed how most scenes that were re-shot, and were done right. The producers did an amazing job with giving us the plane crash again, and bringing Nikki and Paolo in this time.
R.I.P. NIKKI/PAOLO (it’s like we hardly even knew ya)
So finally, 95% of Lost fans got what they wanted last night. Some clues solved and redheaded stepchildren were killed off. I was so friggin’ shocked to see a Nikki/Paolo centric episode, and I felt that it was ballsy to all hell. I really thought it was the producers were about to force these two assholes on us. But quite the contrary. I was amazed they wanted us to hate them even more, by making them evil.
Then, the producers gave us A+ flashbacks, and we had a flashback, within a flashback. NICE! Yet to be done. Unless there are secrets we don’t know about with Desmond. So in this blog, the island says goodbye to two more castaway Losties, or do we?
WE ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO GUEST STARS
“…We bring them back next season.”, Zukerman jokes to Nikki, so, see you soon Nikki and Paolo, see you very soon. Well, I have a feeling Paolo is dead, but Nikki, since we saw those eyes open, she’s going to be back. And more EVIL than ever. We have YET to see someone on this island, as the “others” would like to say, bad. Nikki had this greed inside her, very much like Kate, nagging very much like Shannon, and a horrible actress very much like, well, no one, Nikki just sucks.
PLANE CRASH
Seriously, that scene was so amazing. Shot for shot of it, there has to more than meets the eye. What I’d love to know was what was Paolo seeing when Nikki came up to him. Staring out into the sky and tearing up. NEED TO KNOW what happened to Paolo, he seemed very sweet, and was ready to come clean. Damn you island for killing him off now, grrr.
SAWYER/THE ISLAND - MEMROIES
A few things are striking me odd here, but I’m sure we are all getting this. But with Sawyer’s big mouth we tend to laugh at what he says and not take him seriously. Vanessa said it best last night, “Sawyer doesn’t seem himself lately” and I think we are all starting to realize people are changing left and right on the island. Like the Goonies tagline should of been on the poster, LET’S GET INTO SOME DEEP SHIT!
Last week Locke was watching Expose in his little dinky apartment, (see last weeks blog for pic). If you listen to the TV, it mentions Cobra and Crystal. Who were shown last night. So, shouldn’t he recognize Nikki on the island? I understand that she was a “guest star”, BUT, she had to come from somewhere and not just geeks wet dreams. Other shows. What about Hurley, he’s the geeksusmaximus, and would hang out with Vanessa, myself, and Jim and Jen all the time, so that would mean, he HAS to know Nikki from somewhere. People know DriveShaft. LOVE DRIVESHAFT, my I-Tunes is always on repeat. But not Nikki? Is the Island playing games.
3 months!!!!! Are you kidding me, 3 MONTHS and Sawyer keeps saying who are you/they about Nikki and Paolo. Something is going on.
I think it was a brilliant display of giving Nikki/Paolo haters a way of finally getting something from them, and then killing them off, ALIVE! Insert “SEE! ZOMBIES” here. Chills!
The Island is starting to take a better form of seeing everyone and now learning what it can do with these people there. I did notice that the ONE ad on the sideline of the “proper” football game Desmond was watching in “Flashes Before Your Eyes” came to life last night. The ad was for Expose, and BAM, it was on last night. So the Island doesn’t go to far out there and only sticks with what it knows. Numbers, Apollo, Oceanic, Hanso, Epxose, etc. The Island doesn’t want Sawyer to remember, there’s more to it. And HURLEY…
SAINT HUGO IS DEAD
Wow, Hurley man, what did you have to go and do that for? Hurley has been a saint before and on the island. In his flashbacks Hurley has done NO wrong and on the island he is the one who helps everyone in their bind. Shit! He invented the HUGO CUP for Brodie’s sake. But last night we witnessed Saint Hugo do something that has now finally made Hurley a reason to be on the island. Remember, HE WAS NEVER TO BE ON THAT PLANE, he didn’t HAVE to be there. But he made it, and the island knew Hurley was wrapped around it’s finger. It brought back the numbers, it killed his girlfriend, it tried to make him kill Charlie with a van, but he overcame that fear, and now the island tricks him more. Last night’s episode was about one thing and ONE thing only. To show us HULREY KILLED SOMEONE. And it was a shity way to kill someone, very sneaky sis. I know I know I know, he didn’t even know, and that’s NOT FAIR, but hey Locke, why don’t you remind me what you said last night. Oh yeah, “THINGS DON’T STAY BURIED ON THE ISLAND”, and remember that.
Sorry Hurley, I love you mate, I do, but you did a bad bad thing last night, and we all saw it. You are now no better than anyone else on the island. Sucks! BUT! We’re they dead?!?!?!?! NO! And who wants those diamonds now? Who’s going to bury up the sand and find the two of them alive? Gone? Took acting lessons? PLEASE! Nikki SUCKS!
BOOKS AND BOOKS GALORE
“THE PIGS ARE WALKING” screams Arzt. From George Orwells “Animal Farm. Nice! Love ya Arzt. Miss you! Ha!
SAWYERS BOOK CLUB: This week Sawyer brings us “Evil Under The Sun” by Agatha Christie. Need look it up. I think I have some summer reading to do.
NO MAPOTHER, YES MAPOTHER
Last week, when I was going to screen a shot of William Mapother and explain more on the whole thing about him not being able to speak at my screening of his film. I wanted the screenshot of him coming out of the door and saying “Hello” to Juliet, and to my amazement.. Look at the hallway. And after I found the screencap, I was finishing my second time watching the episode to recap on the blog, and I saw the hallway with Richard, Locke and Ben. Same set? Same hatch? Same what IS THIS? Any ideas?
Vanessa and I met up with Sarah Kelly, writer/director of “The Lather Effect”, the film William Mapother is in at the festival, and she said “Willy is right now doing a pilot, but would have been so excited about the show and watching.” LIFE SUCKS! Ha!Very happy though for William Mapother and wish him the best. Ethan is friggin’ SCARY!
Can anyone find anything on the name Brett Decter? I tried Wikkipedia, and Google. I also did a anagram on the name, nothing. Interesting. Time to play with the other names.
PREDICTIONS
- Kate will return for Sawyer
- Sawyer will go with Kate, he’s in love, and everyone is mad at Sawyer, maybe even kicked off the beach
- Sawyer will meet up with the real Sawyer and kill him
- Someone might wants some diamonds and bury up Nikki and Paolo.
- Desmond and Claire, more to come, PLEASE
- Juliet is done with the Others for awhile, and needs to help someone. Sun.
- Will Jack every go back, Yes! But wait until he finds out he’s not the leader they thought he was. Open arms or banished as well?
ANSWERED QUESTIONS/THEORIES:
- Tom worked in the Pearl Station
- Charlie bagged himself a Sun
- Mr. Lashade WAS the Cobra, bastard!
- Juliet thinks Jack is Cute, on their 49th day being there.
- Expose was an international hit.
- Desmond sees “flashes”
- Hurley killed someone, yes he did, stop, he did, sorry
- Nikki can’t act! Uck!
CONFUSED:
- The date on the newspaper (Nikki and Paollo are reading I the airport) says Thursday Sept. 24, 2004, but the flight was Sept. 22nd, 2004. Plus on my ICal, the date of Sept. 24th, was a Friday. Weird
- Keys around the neck? Zukerman, and Jack. What is this?
- Did Paollo ever try the walkie-talkie?
- Eko says “you’re next”, who is NEXT?

LOST RECAP...WHAT I GOT out of The Man From Tallahassee...S03EP13
(THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS!!!! These are just RECAPS, thoughts and predictions of what we have seen in LOST. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING AWAY SINCE WE DO NOT WATCH PREVIEWS, ABC SUCKS IN GIVING A LOT AWAY!)
WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE MARCIE?!
First off all I need to say is that CLEO KING was on the episode, yes yes yes, I called that, MARCIE from Magnolia. Weird! That whole post of Magnolia and Lost connections stuck very true, but the Cleo King and Ricky Jay were just me being retarded. And looky looky here, Cleo King makes her way onto the show 3 episodes later. Very cool. So now 4 Magnolia cast members made their way onto Lost. Congrats!
WHAT’S LOCKED UP IN LOCKE?
Therapy huh? Who was his therapist? A Watcher? Maybe! In last weeks episode, the watcher played the role of a cop, so why not a therapist? Also, depression? So, I’m guessing this is before we see him on the bed of Season 1, talking to phone sex girls, but after the box company. Then not getting the money from “daddy” Cooper, and losing Helen, or maybe even the Navy Commander he joked about being in this episode. SERIOUSLY! A military reference with Locke, A++++
Obviously Locke didn’t receive the $200,000 from Cooper for the help Locke was to provide for him. Locke is in some dingy $20 a night motel sized apartment, eating Banquet Salisbury Steak frozen foods. Guess you can use that disability money now, huh Locke?
One more thing! We still have to see 4 more years of Locke in that wheelchair in flashbacks, so let the wheelin’ begin.
YOU THROW LIKE A GIRL
Juliet throws a football better than Tom, seriously. Just thought we should point that out.
HIT THE ROAD JACK
JACK! Snap out of it man! Isn’t this way you got divorced in the first place, do you not learn from mistakes? You can’t be in love with Kate, and run off with Juliet! Naw uh!!! That was a test before Jack! Kissing that Italian woman (maybe a watcher?) and Sarah leaving you already, all that was a test Jack. Now this? But honestly who didn’t get goose bumps when he said, “I will come back for you” to Kate.
So my prediction of Juliet and Jack leaving by season finale was wrong, but they were leaving. So now they HAVE TO play along with everything Ben and Tom want. A lot is going to open up from here, I will admit. It seems Jack hasn’t learned from his test with women, and CAN’T leave the island.
JACK AND KATE SOAP OPERA
Ryan yells with a gun at Kate’s face, “Who else is WITH YOU?”, and Kate looks at Jack, and Jack says “Just answer the question Kate.” Deep down, there is more than meets the eye there. Jack means tell me Sawyer is with you, as in “with you.” Kate has no clue that Jack knows about the cage match-up the two had.
“I’m not with anyone Kate” was a great line too. Jack oh Jack, just tell her how you feel. She meant are you with “them”, and we know what you meant. Wait, you do tell her at the end of this scene. You will be her knight in shining armor with a cavalry to take her off the island. Hate to say it Jack, that didn’t work out for ya. Next!
BEN! THE TWO OF US...
Ben was born on the island, this much is true? No! HE’S A LIAR!!! Everything out of this man’s mouth is a LIE! Everyone is telling us that. But why is he not recovering faster? Is it because maybe, just maybe he told the truth, and HE IS BORN ON THE ISLAND. Maybe something is very spiritual and mysterious about this island. Maybe you can have what you deep down desire, like the “box” Ben is talking about. What if Hurley REALLY NEEDED that VW van, to bring back the feeling he had with his dad. Or what if Kate wanted the Marshall to die, to stop being on the run. What if Sawyer really wanted Anthony Cooper to be there to venge his parents? Wait moving to fast here.
So Locke was paralyzed, and ANY time it’s mentioned, he slips out of his element. He cries deep down inside, and the pain is unbearable. But what about Ben? Is it a test? Did someone make Ben sick to see if Jack would work on him? I think so. TESTS people! TESTS!
“Most of us were recruited and committed” Ben says! What the hell is that, a cult? Please, no! But I think Mitellos, Hanso, and Widmore started this underground experiment for the island, and Room 23’d (brainwashed) them into staying, loving, and accepting the island for everything it holds dear. Sick bastards!
Also, Ben blows up the submarine? Is that what Alex is saying? He makes you think the idea is yours, but it’s his? Love that! Also, Ben mentions fear and afraid again, and proves that the island wants people to remain scared. Hurley defeated that though! Way to go HUGO!
Plus, did you check out…
BEN’S LIVING QUARTERS
The art work, paintings, sculptures, books (A Brief History In Time), the clock reading 4:20 (but 4 is a number!). The painting of the woman in the chair I found bizarre. Also, in Ben’s room, the chart and symbols of stars and constellations. Well, then that room must be Alex’s.
BEN AND LOCKE
Okay people, RE-WATCH THIS EPISODE! Little things said, became HUGE theories. Ben is talking to Locke like they’ve been friends for years. Ben jokes about the two hamsters in a wheel for their electricity, and that sounds like Locke’s sarcasm. Or Sawyer. Plus, the way Ben says “I ate most the dark meat, sorry” knowing Locke is a fan of dark meat. No report, or book, or tests will show Locke likes his leg, thigh and not breast.
One thing Ben says “How do you think you know this island better than I do?” and I’m telling you right now! BECAUSE LOCKE HAS BEEN ON THIS ISLAND BEFORE!! He might not know it better than you, but he has been there.
BATMANUEL
Richard Alpert is an other huh? Well, I think we knew that, when hanging out with Ethan in the episode “Not In Portland”. But is he the brains behind Mittelos or is there more? Is that voice we hear in the video of Juliet’s sister Rachel and niece (then goes dark) saying don’t trust them Juliet and all the talk of false hope and science? Or is the voice someone who left Mittelos? What is Mittelos Bioscience?
THE MAN FROM TALLAHASSEE
“You make people think you are their family” Locke tells Cooper, and what you are saying Locke is very true. HE IS NOT YOUR DADDY! Remember what your mother said. You are “special”, immaculately conceived. Mittelos and Juliet have their work cut out for them, but what about before Juliet’s time. I mean Locke is at least 10 years older than her. How is Locke part of that?
But, the question on most people is WHY is Cooper there, and that’s easy. Sawyer needs to see him again. But! HOW is Cooper there? And bloody? He’s a prisoner? Did he screw over the Talbots and the Talbots are connected to maybe Hanso? Or Widmore? HOW is Cooper there? Easy, he conned Widmore/Hanso and they send him to an island and BAM! There he is. The others are a little too smart, and coned him into going there.
What do Desmond, Sawyer, Cooper, and Widmore have in common? Rhey love their MacCutcheons whiskey! Did you catch Cooper offering Locke some before Locke’s reversed belly flop.
PET SOUNDS
Loving these animal sounds, BUT, COME ON, give us the animals. MUST SEE THEM! I am so sick of hearing these animals every time Jack is with the others. Where are these ANIMALS!?!?! Ha! WE KNOW these animals are HUGE to the show, as in most of our characters resemble an animal in many ways. (See blog post, well most of them, I guess)
A REMINDER
I don’t want to hear, but people don’t know about the island this, and well since that submarine was THE ONLY way of finding the island that. Come on Lost fans, we’re better than that. Don’t forget season 2 with the sky turning purple and Penny getting the call. People are coming, the outside world knows of the island, trust me. Season finale of season 3!
PREDICTIONS ( not many since the lat post was HUGE)
- It looks like Jack and Locke will have to stay at the Barracks for a bit, but Kate WILL go back to Sawyer.
- Sayid has a date with Alex, but Alex has a date with Karl, which will be interrupted by Mom! And Mom has a date with DEATH! Ha! That was fun!
- Sawyer will make his way to Cooper, but how and when?
- Jin and Sun, what’s up guys? We need more drama!!! Sun, what about the baby?
- Locke will find out Ben is his brother, and maybe, just maybe HE WAS born on the island, but we’re taken from each other. Locke has some recollection of his past with his brother, but who told him? Their sister died, how?
I’VE GOT SOME GOOD NEWS and BAD NEWS
BAD NEWS FIRST
William Mapother, famous for being Ethan Rom on the show, will NOT be attending the Florida Film Festival, and now will no longer be watching LOST with me this Weds. night after the screening of “The Lather Effect” in which he has a significant role in. SUCKS! I was to conduct a Q&A with William this week, but he had to cancel for a new project! Oye!
GOOD NEWS
Congrats to ABC and LOST for starting production on their Season 4. See Season 4 in Feb. 2008!!!! Yes! That late!
The blog post about Locke’s theory made it to number #12 again in Myspace’s Movies, TV, and Celebrities today. Again! HUGE THANK YOU to everyone reading, I know this is a stupid theory/recap/prediction blog, but all the comments make this so much fun, love you all. Please tell more Lost fans to read, more comments make this so much fun.
Thanks everyone! Like JOHN LANDIS says in every film he makes “SEE YOU NEXT WEDNESDAY!”

I SOLVED LOST!!! DO NOT READ
PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! These are not SPOILERS, this is from the brains of ME, VANESSA and JIM. Not even predictions, maybe some are, most I guess, but THIS IS A HUGE THEORY.)
REALLY QUICK - John Locke is THE reason we are on this island. This will be John Locke’s second time being on the island, and if what I’m thinking is true, Locke switched places with Desmond after the Swan exploded.
PRE-SEASON ONE– Once upon a TIME, there was a boy who played MouseTrap with his brother, but how they lost touch, we don’t know. But then there were a list of problems for this man.
- winds up a foster child & doesn’t know his real parents
- can’t keep a real job (every time I’ve seen him, he’s a had a new one)
- meets his mother, and tells him he was immaculately conceived and a special “destiny”.
- Meets this man, Cooper, whom he thinks is his father, and they HUNT together and become great friends
- Gives Cooper his kidney, then Cooper ditches him in the hospital, and later finds out their not even related
- meets a woman, Helen, in Anger Management, has the worst time trying to commit.
- While trying to commit, she makes him chose between her, or the obsession he has with the man Cooper. Who comes back into his life, and offers him a deal (a TEST if you will). Helen finds out, and he loses her.
- He ends up taking a job at a box company, where is picked on by co-workers.
- Starts calling phone sex lines and talking to them about going to Australia, and calling the girls Helen.
After some time, the man, John Locke, thinks he can make things better and decides to join the military. During a physical, the doctor notices something growing on Locke’s spine. At this time or close to it, his brother comes back, and needs this man’s help. In the kind nature of John Locke, he helps his brother and takes him in. His brother “knows someone (guess who!)” who can help with his spine, and starts giving him pills for it. Theirs no pain, but then Locke is unable to walk and ends up in a wheelchair.
The military tell him, he can still help in a way, if he’d like to “save the world” by just PUSING BUTTONS. They are working on this program called the Dharma Initiative, and can use him. They tell him of an island, where there are stations, hatches, doing tests to help mankind. It takes Locke a bit to think about, but his brother agrees with Dharma and Locke decides to go.
While Locke is pushing numbers into a computer in this Swan hatch, he meets some incredible people. He meets Mikhail, who works in this other hatch called The Flame. Mikhail comes in to pick up some food and alcohol (all alcohol has the Swan logo on it). Also, Locke hears stories on how there are “others” on the island, who have been there before Dharma. To Dharma these “others” are called “hostels”, because their leader Jack wanted their land back.
While Locke is in this hatch, he read, and reads A LOT. Books on how to’s, what if’s, and things that can come handy, if he wasn’t in the damn chair. Also, the more Locke heard of the outside world, he would add to this map on one of the blast doors. Also, Locke finds some composition books and decides to write a journal and make some lists and describes some of the people on the island.
What Locke heard was that these “hostels” were part of this experiment from the Hanso Foundation to build the perfect life. But Hanso got sick, lost all his money and the investors involved of Apollo Foods and Oceanic Airlines pulled out. Hanso was forced to give the island to the government who built these hatches, where Locke is living. The government started a program called Dharma. But in time, Mittelos Bioscience decides to take over and hand over some money to the experiment. Also they know woman who can help make “things happen”, like women having babies by “immaculate conceiving.” Giving the “hostels” an incentive to keep their island, and make life better for living.
He hears the “hostels” are “good” people though, but want their island to themselves. The hostels also hear Dharma tell their members to wear radioactive suits because of the sickness outside. It was too much for Jack to take, and he wants what was theirs. He tells “Him”, a man named Tom, he will get their land back, and not to worry.
If Locke’s information is true, then what he heard was Jack started something called the Purge. For Jack, Dharma and these “hostels” could not live on the island together, and the hostels had a plan of their own on the island, a better way of living. But, in the Purge, many people died, but the surviving members of Dharma were told “as long as you don’t cross our line (a line of metallic posts what will kill anyone who passes) we have a truce.”
Then one day Locke hears a plane crashed on the island, and that’s where Locke’s life changed. In time some of the survivors of the plane crash come into the hatch needing help and food. Being stuck in the chair, Locke isn’t able to help anyone an discover what’s out there. He also realizes he has been lied to, and that there was no sickness, or quarantine in the outside world. Might Locke have been lied to this WHOLE time of other things? Thoughts of not pushing the numbers anymore come across Locke’s mind. Locke keeps writing in his journals and makes descriptions of everyone, kind of making more lists.
In the next month he hears this guy Boone, found a way to get them off the island with a distress call. Also, this “boy” Boone killed one of the Hostels to save a pregnant girl, the info gets back to the Hostels, and they blame it on Dharma. Boone finally gets a connection to the outside world and the plane crash survivors are saved. BUT, Locke is still strapped to a chair. Boone and the survivors are saved, but without this woman Kate and this man Sayid. They meet the Hostels, forcing Mikhail to go with them. But, sad news is Kate and Sayid were killed, (or Kate falls for Jack?) and from that pivotal point, Locke STOPS pushing numbers. He’s DONE! Done seeing so much pain and suffering on this island. The countdown clock goes to zero and the hatch explodes with Locke in it. The sky turns purple and sends out a HUGE electromagnetic pulse onto the whole island.
Locke is okay, but still has no legs, and nowhere to live now. No chair to sit, or move around. In time though, some people show up to see what the explosion was. Locke can only imagine these are the Hostels. But one Hostel in particular, let’s just say, it was Locke’s destiny to meet. Jack Shepherd, prior to being on the island was a spinal surgeon with his father in California. They both got hired on by the Hanso Foundation and were both asked to work for Avar Hanso on the island.
Jack tells Locke, he can fix his spine, but afterwards, after healing, you will have to leave our island. They take Locke to their community and fix him up right away. While Locke is healing, someone comes to visit Locke, someone he hasn’t seen since he left. Someone by the name of Ben, his brother. Brother Ben apologizes to Locke for never telling him, he was part of this Hanso Experiment. Plus, he tells Locke of the horrible work Jack has been doing as a leader, and Ben needs to take over. Locke is at his wits end and is so sick of EVERYONE lying to him. Family, work, Dharma, and now Ben. Locke gets better and can walk, it’s time for him to be sent off, and Ben takes him to this submarine and while in there, Ben talks Locke into helping him take over. Locke is done with everyone and everything and just wants to get home. Then in time, Locke is home and one day HITS HIS HEAD!
SEASON ONE – Locke wakes up and totally confused on why he has woken up, and woken by a plane that has crashed. Also, Locke can STILL move his legs. He is okay! But while everything seems okay, he sees Jack Shepherd and Boone helping some of these familiar faces from the plane crash when he was in the hatch. But, Locke thinks about it and realizes that it IS THAT plane crash. Locke went back to it. And is now part of it.
Locke realizes that he has this chance to do it all over again, but this time he CAN help and will do anything to go his way and see his brother again. The one thing Locke needs to do is go back to the Pearl and see if it’s still there. He knows that Boone was the leader from the crash last time and asks him to help out. Boone was first to help that dying lady Joanna from drowning, got the distress call to work, was first to say he’d help Claire from Ethan, so Boone would be Locke’s right-hand man. BUT, Just to make sure Boone is fit, Locke “tests” him to see if Boone would turn the other cheek and leave. One day when Locke and Boone are going to find Claire and Locke tests him with the “rains” and Boone insists he stays with Locke. Boone also says “What rain?” and within seconds rain pours down on the two, as if LOCKE HAS BEEN THERE BEFORE! As Boone passes the test, Locke throws a flashlight at Boone and we hear this CLANG. Flashlight meets “the Hatch” door. Bone is into helping Locke open it and they become great friends.
One day, Locke puts Boone up to the ultimate test, and ties him up, and leaves him a knife. A simple knot he learned while reading in the hatch prior to the bump on the head. Boone gets out of the “test” and goes to kill Locke. Locke is assured and now Boone is brainwashed into helping Locke. But in time, Boone is helping other crash members, and still in love with Shannon, and there was only one thing to do, but kill him, since he would get them off the island.
Locke opens the hatch and spends more time with Kate, Jack and Hurley. But one person that is not connecting to Locke, is this Hurley guy.
SEASON 2 - While in the Hatch, Locke feels “at home.” They met this guy Desmond who is now working for the Dharma Initiative. Locke begins to push the numbers again and Desmond leaves, leaving Locke to go back to work.
In time, Ben comes to the hatch to see his brother, and this seals the deal that his brother is there. Ben tells Locke he is there to see him, and Locke then shows Ben the map on the back of the blast door. In this time, the blast door crushes Locke’s leg and Ben helps him by going to push the button. Following the revelation of Ben's deception, Locke was thrown into a state of self-doubt when Ben claimed that he never pushed the button and that nothing happened. Why wouldn’t the numbers work with Ben? Ben escapes thanks to the help of Michael, and Locke knew that if Ben got away, once he stops pushing the numbers, he will see him again.
Jack though, sees things differently and builds an “army” to get the to “others.” Sounds all to familiar to Locke since Jack started an army prior to this plane crash as the leader of the hostels, I mean “others.”
On “that” day though, Locke tells Eko he will no longer push the numbers. Locke never wants Sayid or Kate to die, and also knows he needs them to get to his brother again. So, Desmond gets locked up in the room with Locke, and Eko and Charlie (military call signs) get caught in the hallway down there. When the numbers go to zero, Desmond realizes that he crashed the plane they were on, and Locke gets nervous thinking, he might be wrong about all this. It’s like surgery, you know it will be okay, but WHAT IF something goes wrong? Desmond goes to hit the failsafe key, and tells Locke, “See you in another life brotha!” and YES YOU WILL! Locke’s life!
Eko finally breaks in and Locke tells Eko, “I was wrong!” Wrong? Can’t solve that one yet!
SEASON 3 - When the hatch explodes Charlie and Eko will switch lives, meaning the island has this feeling Charlie is going to die, but it’s Eko. Also, Desmond and Locke switch lives, meaning, now Desmond has this power to bend time and space by bumping his head. Like Locke was able to do, when he blew the hatch before the plane crash.
“See you in another life brotha” actually, meant JUST THAT. Desmond, since he realized what he had, uses it. But Locke being the “Man Of Faith” didn’t know he can bend space and time, and never really needed to. He had been there already. So Desmond can see things happen and bumps his head to fix things.
Locke gets Kate and Sayid ready for the their trip and with Eko’s cane, Locke takes them to see Mikhail. Mikhail tells Syayid, we made an agreement, “I didn’t cross the line, we made a truce!” Meaning, after the Purge, Jack and Dharma made an agreement, stay on your side, we’ll stay on ours.
Mikhail remembers Locke, but they keep things quiet. While hanging out at the Flame, Locke meets a computer and starts playing with it. But from what we’ve seen (and what I heard from fans) was Locke was not in his element. He seemed out of sorts. It’s because he’s not Locke, he’s got Desmond in him. Locke knows more then we think though, and uses Mikhail’s computer to get to it. When Locke hears a brawl in the other room, he knows Kate and Sayid are okay they won’t die until they get to the Hostels anyway. BUT, this is time when Locke can look out for himself and pick up some essentials. Like C-4!
Locke then sees a familiar face once again, Bea Klugh and KNOWS she is a “hostel.” Mikhail then kills her and they set off on their journey to Hostel Land. Locke knows prior to all this Mikhail who is who got Sayid and Kate killed, so he takes it upon himself to kill Mikhail and get into Hostel Territory.
(NO SPOILERS!!!! JUST THEORY!!!!!)
NEXT FEW WEEKS ON LOST - While inside the Barracks, Kate meets the true side of Jack. A brutal leader, and someone who is where he belongs. She realizes Jack wasn’t the right one for her, but Jack then wants her back. She goes to Sawyer.
Danielle Rousseau sees her daughter and connects with her, but later to be killed by a confused and brainwashed Karl.
Sayid, who has no reason to be there, dies.
Locke sees his brother Ben and the truth WILL come out. Ben will explain how he tried (lying to Locke) to save his life and the military sent him to the island. Ben wanted Locke on the island and to be part of the Hostels/Others, but this man Jack wouldn’t listen and he was an evil man, killing people left and right. Ben tells Locke that he’ (Ben) would be a better leader and to get RID of Jack.
Jack becomes to used to this new way of life and Juliet insists they stay for a few weeks/months and do what they say. In time we can leave together on the submarine and start a new life. Something gets in the way though, Christian Shepherd. Christian tells Jack, this is the way they live and what does Jack have outside of island. Juliet has a HUGE life outside of the island, and that’s her sister and niece, she NEEDS to get back to. Jack realizes he LOVES Juliet and wants t go with her. But, Locke is scared Jack would tell the outside world of their plans, so puts the C-4 on the submarine and kills Juliet and Jack. SEASON FINALE
SEASON 4 – Rebirth of Avar Hanso, Hostels under new management, drama with the Losties.
Sorry, so sloppy! But this was written so quick and if you know me, written how I explain things. But, I hope this makes sense, and please tell me what you think. I will do more more more predictions TONIGHT after this episode.

LOST RECAP...WHAT I GOT out of Par Avion...S03EP11
(THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS!!!! These are just thoughts and predictions Vanessa, Jim, and myself ramble on about, but some stuck around and maybe could be true. Or make an interesting Lost)
Now all of you Lost Season 3 haters can go STUFF IT in your PIEHOLE. I, Vanessa, Bobb, Jim, and ”insert your name here” thought this was the episode of the season, maybe the SERIES. And rightfully you should.
In case you missed it, YA DUMMY, let’s recap! But first, this episode proved to us yet again that EVERYONE is on this island for a reason and the connections are INTENSE. We thought Claire was on the island because of Aaron, well maybe. But, wow, yet another connection. Oh yeah, WE TOLD YOU SO!!
WHAT’S GOT INTO YOU CHARLIE?
Oh I don’t know CLAIRE, maybe a friggin’ hatch exploded with ME IN IT! Charlie, Desmond and Locke had something happened to them when the Pearl ex/imploded. The three of them have yet to be themselves since the explosion, and what can it be?
CLAIRE:
I don’t know even know how to say it, but this was obvious. COME ON! Lost is BRILLIANT at giving you a hint and dragging it on, like Sayid dragging his prisoners to pain in his interrogations. Lost gives a HUGE hint, then they’ll go episodes without explaining themselves, and then in time you solve it. But, a new one forms. So good.
Yes, we know Christian is Claire’s dad, but what about Aunt Lindsey. Lindsey knows more than we do, of course. She knows what Christian is REALLY capable of. Christian goes back to see Claire YEARS later after the car crash to see his daughter and Lindsey says no, we see this in SEASON 2 “Two For The Road,” what does Christian want with her then?
And, when Christian is with Claire over some delicious coffee, and Christian explains her mother is in pain. Christian was testing her, much like the Others do. Christian wanted Claire to kill her mom, see if she is capable of doing it. And she did. We don’t see it, but she does. COME ON, it’s LOST people! Claire had no choice at the end of that episode. I think Claire kills her Mom and wants to MOVE to Los Angeles, to never have to go back. Agreed? Oh, and Locke uh, hmmm, yeah, which we will get into. HOLY SHIT!
Aunt Lindsey KNOWS Christian is part of Dharma and didn’t like it, and also doesn’t like her sister with his American with a family. Who would? Christian will become a HUGE story arc soon, but when soon?
STAGES OF CLAIRE:
Black Claire: When Claire is in the car crash and says she hates her mom/wishes she was dead, she is driving a black car, has black hair, and black clothing. Also, “wish you were dead” huh? NOW CAN SHE MAKE THINGS HAPPEN? Are you serious? Juliet, Walt and now Claire huh? Maybe, just maybe?
Pure Claire – The one we see on the island, and the one who goes into her mom’s hospital room pregnant and with blonde hair at the end of the episode. Claire makes a drastic change, and the change is killing her mother to move on. YEARS go by and Claire is done seeing mom in pain. I have some thinking to do with Claire and the blonde look. It’s funny that we’ve seen her the whole time with blonde hair, but I feel I understand the Black Claire more than the blonde Claire.
LOCKE:
Killed someone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Uh!!!! Yeah. Wow! This doesn’t sound like the Locke we know. But, we don’t even know him yet! More to come on that, but first.
Locke is bad at pushing buttons on computers, but he’s still good at pushing peoples buttons on the island. NOTHING ever comes out good for John Locke. Boones death, Mr. Eko dies, Bea Klugh dies, let’s just say what Jim said to me makes the best sense. He’s a false prophet, and thinks he has the aid for everyone, but when he tries to help them, he winds up hurting them more than they could ever imagine. The ONLY person he has aided and succeeds was Ben! Which we will be getting into in the next few weeks I’m guessing.
Back to the killing! What was it that Mikhail knew that Locke needed to kill him? What is Locke really have going on inside, and in the past?
Also, what if, and I mean this, WHAT IF? Locke is in Desmond’s boat, or other way around. What if Locke is doing this all over again? Maybe he kept pushing the numbers in, and was never able to help the people around him. Locke is not enslaved to time and space, and he is able to go back to the hatch and blow it up.
So he KNOWS to kill Mikhail, because Kate maybe died, or Sayid, and word comes back to the beach that they are dead. Locke felt bad he couldn’t help since he was plugging in numbers. So he stops and now helps them. Also, he KNOWS that Ben will be in Barracks, and Jack is with them (that’s why he sets him free in Season 2, and he’ll see him again), but! The reason we seeing him stumbling on things now, is because he NEVER made it THIS far! He just kept pushing the numbers into the Pearl. He is changing things now. Please tell me I’m not crazy!
SINCE THE HATCH:
Something happened when the Pearl exploded. Desmond, Charlie and Locke all have changed in some major drastic way.
Locke – seems like we have someone who switched the tables since he got on the island. Everyone else doesn’t seem to be themselves, from the flashbacks we see. Including Locke. But since the The Pearl exploded, I think Locke is back to what he was before the island. We will see a Locke in some flashbacks that will shock the shit out of us. I have a feeling, the Locke flashbacks to come, will be no different with the Locke we see now.
Charlie – comes out of the hatch all giggly, seems to be ok with EVERYTHING. And everyone tells him what to do (Hurley, Desmond, etc). He’s not the same “I’ll do anything for you Claire” that we’ve seen in the past two seasons. When Claire flipped on him, he laughed her off, and walked off. He never has before.
Desmond – sees the future, or can relive memories? Bump on the head and turn the events the way he needs. He KNOWS Claire is in trouble and wants to be there to save her, since he couldn’t do that for Penny.
- The lightning rod was for Claire’s tent, WHO CARES about Charlie?
- Claire was in the water FULLY CLOTHED? Wasn’t going for a dip!
- Slip on the rock? Charlie would have said “let me get the bird Claire”, Claire would have been LET ME GET IT, MY IDEA CHARLIE!!!! And she would have slipped.
The thing that is going to KILL Charlie is the fact that the girl he deep down inside loved is dead. But, if what I think is true, then a HUGE part of Charlie, since the Pearl blew up, is now DEAD.
SIBLING RIVALRY:
Now that we have solved the case on Claire and Jack, who/what else is in store? What about some more siblings. Locke’s brother (MouseTrap)? Charlie’s brother? Ben’s brother? Juliet’s sister? There will be more on siblings coming up soon. I think John Locke’s brother will show up very soon, if not already! I think we have met him! Actually, I think he’s dead.
NOT ON THE LIST:
Mikhail mentions “the list”, which will be reoccurring on this show for the rest of this season, I am gathering. Jacob’s list! Mikhail has some insight on the people surrounding him.
Kate – Flawed
Sayid – Weak, and frightened
Locke – Angry
Sayid says “Don’t speak to us as if you know us”, but he does Sayid. So, we found out Mikhail was an Other, and Danielle was covering his ass. That WHOLE scene is HUGE, and then gets torn apart.
As soon as Mikhail might spill some beans, Danielle cuts him off. Cuts him off when he says “But you John Locke, you have this fleeting memory of, but I must be confused. The John Locke I knew was para…” Now! How the hell does NO ONE ever mention within seconds of him talking, ask “WAIT! WHAT?” Oh and the C-4, let’s just say, we all live in the yellow…
John Locke will be the center of attention for the next few weeks. We will find out some major flaws, but also, some of his major strengths. Only fools are enslaved by time and space!
HE ARE MARSHALL:
So Matthew Fox finally gets to play ball again, but this it’s on TV. Boys will be boys Kate, you know that. Jack has things (a piece of paper with names on it!) up his sleeve and we know that. Last time we saw him, he was exchanging glances with Juliet. They both NEED to get off that island. The Season 3 opener with Juliet crying, listening to “Downtown”, wow!
Juliet had to tell Jack, to give in to these people, become one of them, and we can plan our escape. More than meets the EYE. Get it, eye, episode openers with eyes and all, haha! No?
Great, brilliant ending. WOW!
SO NOW THEN:
Told you we NEEDED Ricky Jay to be in an episode, or Anthony Michael Hall. The final montage with Charlie reading the note, talk about Magnolia AND The Breakfast Club.
Sawyer – The Fountainhead? I’ll look more into that, once again. Damn you Sawyer and your library.
THANK YOU PAUL EDWARDS:
You have directed THREE of my favorite episodes, and keeping going on pushing Christian Shepard. “Two For The Road” was brilliant, and “What Kate Did” had the same effect this episode did. A+!
PREDICTIONS & THOUGHTS:
LOCKE – What an asshole, but we will find out why soon enough. The next flashback we have, and I say not this next week, but the one after, it won’t solve the world, but we will find out more. Producers in a podcast a HUGE Locke secret is revealed this season in a flashback.
- STOP BLOWING THINGS UP! But I have a feeling, what Rose said will stick true. He doesn’t want off this island, and that submarine that Mikhail mentioned is a great way to get off. Say goodbye to that sub! What numbers will you have to push to blow that thing up?
- Lost his legs on the pot farm. Someone from the island was there.
- Locke has done ALL OF SEASON 1 and 2 before, like Desmond can do now, since the Pearl blew.
Actually, I like what we did last week with predictions being in a separate blog and in the beginning of the week. BUT, I think I have this HUGE THEORY that I will post next week. WOW BIG, and makes a lot of sense! We tackled it somewhat in this post, so, see if you can make a connection or some sense.
THANK YOU!!! EVERYONE for making this blog so HUGE and thanks to Bobb for texting me with some huge excitement, we feel you buddy!
b.quain

LOST IDEAS & PREDICTIONS...MAGNOLIA connection (03/13/07)
(THESE ARE NOT SPOILERS!!!! These are just thoughts and predictions Vanessa, Jim, and myself ramble on about, but some stuck around and maybe could be true. Or make an interesting Lost)
JACK:
- Will be traded with Ben for Locke.
- Claire and him will discover they are brother and sister, but we have to wait until Christian Shepard shows up.
- Oh yeah, Jack’s (and Claire’s) dad show up again, living in the Barracks.
- What have we missed these past two, now maybe three weeks without Jack? What’s in store with these Others?
JOHN LOCKE:
- Will meet up with Ben to find out why Ben came all that way to see him
- Will choose a destiny with the Others.
- Has something to do with Mikhail, and they have the scars to prove it.
- Something happened when “The Pearl” went BOOM! What’s up with Locke since then? The same? Maybe not?
SAWYER:
- Will go after Kate. No one goes along. But someone will follow him. Someone on the island seems to have made a 180, and has his eye out for some people.
- Not just an unshaven, pretty face. We’re going to dig a lot deeper into Sawyer. Lots more to come.
CLAIRE: (So we haven’t seen much of her lately, well I expect, before SHE dies, they will focus A LOT more on her. The fate on Charlie is NOT for Charlie, it’s for Claire.)
- She’s related to Jack, thanks to an episode last season where Ana Lucia takes Christian Shepard to see “someone”, his daughter in Australia.
- The love triangle between Charlie and Desmond might rear it’s ugly head.
DANIELLE:
- Very evil. Expect a 180 to hit in the next few episodes.
- So! After being on this island for 16 years, you have no clue about these hatches. No! She does, and she knows A LOT more than we expect.
- Will die, by Karl. After she sees Alex. Karl will think Danielle is crazy and shoot her.
MAGNOLIA:
The island loves its flowers, but it shows it loves movies about flowers, well one movie named after a flower (a street mostly). There are connections to Lost and Magnolia, but what Magnolia (the film) loves to do is share it’s cast with films or TV. Not saying the TOP 10 characters (Julianne Moore, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, or Tom Cruise), but already we have had cast members in Lost:
Danny Pickket – Michael Bowen (played Stanley’s father)
Bea Klugh – April Grace (played Gwenovier, interviewed Tom Cruise)
Ethan – William Mapother (WDKK Show Director’s Assistant)
LOVE IT when Magnolia cast members do this, so expect more of Magnolia cast members. Who’d I’d LOVE to see very soon is Miss Cleo “That Ain’t Mine!” King!!!!!! LOVE HER!!! She played Marcie in Magnolia. Also, let’s see some magic, literally from Ricky Jay on the island! Pat Healy, whom needs to be in everything, fantastic actor, and getting more roles, which he deserves. But, with P.T. Anderson using many TV actors for Magnolia, in the smaller roles, expect to say “Oh, it’s THAT guy” more on Lost. And those who have love for the film Magnolia, we love you here at this blog!

LOST RECAP...WHAT I GOT out of ENTER 77...S03EP11
(Remember, Vanessa, Jim and myself DO NOT watch trailers/previews for the NEXT WEEK or spoilers, let’s just focus on what we THINK will happen and RECAPS)
WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?
Sawyer, asks this to Nikki before our friendly game of ping pong. This is a question we all have asked, when we met Patch In The Hatch (Mikhail), but I guess we learned to live with. But, if my calculations are correct, and I swear I always want them to be with this show, NIKKI AND PAOLO WERE NOT ON THE FLIGHT!!!!!!!
Everyone who was on that flight has and had to let go of something. Rose and Bernard are different because they were separated, then found each other, then had to still face Roses’ illness. Still struggling. Jin and Sun, they are still battling with drama and hard times, and were separated from secrets. Now, when Sawyer asks Nikki, who the hells are you, Paolo looks at him like “Shut Up Man!” Nikki and Paolo come in and we know nothing, and they seem so calm, cool and collective. No! They are bad, and in this episode, we found out where they came from!!! Which leads me to.
HOW NOW, BROWN COW!?!
Welcome to the Flame. The Flame Hatch, comes with table set for four, with enough food and drink for FOUR, and jumpsuits and chairs suit for FOUR. Well, at LEAST three. Before Bea Klugh comes in, after the sky turned purple.
WOW! So excited! I swear there were so many new and exciting things to see and play with. Tomato Sauce, Crackers, manuals, jumpsuits, all with the Flame logo on it. Horses, cows, kitties, more animals. We need to go more into this whole animals thing. Lots to talk about. But, one thing we need to point out is that Nadia (the woman in the picture Sayid had, and the one Locke helps with her electricity in a Flashback = CONNECTION), Nadia is still trying to help Sayid. Even if she is a gorgeous cat on the island, digging for doors in the floor.
AFTER THE WAR
Many of these Dharma buffs are all gung-ho about trying to “save the world” after this Cold War. Kelvin was crazy, Razinski obviously crazy (offing himself?), and then Desmond goes to the military. Coming soon to a LOST near you! Did someone recruit these guys? Have we met that person yet?
LOCKE and THE ISLAND
Locke doesn’t want off the island, we know this. Rose knew this, and where the hell is she? Did Locke know that entering 77 into the chess game would cause the explosion? Of course he did, he had to. Also, Locke is also going to let Mikhail go, more than meets the EYE, ha! Get it, PATCH! Remember, Ben and Locke have more talking to do, since season 2 when Henry (Ben) told Locke “I was coming to see you”. Many connections here, many more stories.
DHARMA and OTHERS
Well, now some tables are turned. Bea Klugh (April Grace) was shot dead from Mikhail to stop LOSTIES from knowing the truth. WHY? They are JUST Flight 815 crash victims. What harm can they do to you? Well, more than we know. So, are Dharma and Others different? The same? Predictions I guess. Also, under in INCASE YOU MISSED IT, I have the translated conversation between Bea and Mikhail.
THE PURGE
A group of scientists attacked the Others? So, then why doesn’t Danielle recognize Mikhail? Also, all this happened at the Swan, they is THIS how Radzinski died? Not a suicide? I can’t wait to find out more on THE PURGE.
NOW I’M PISSED
Okay, the FLAME went up in FLAMES, yes, BUT, all of the BEAUTIFUL and PRESCIOUS MANUALS!!!!! GONE! I want to know what was in those manuals so friggin’ badly, and Locke just throws it all away. SUCKS! All those binders, never to read again.
L*O*S*T
M*A*S*H, Stripes, Saving Private Ryan, I mean come on Lost, how many more connections with characters can you come up with. Vanessa and I were talking about it this morning, and we get it, but do we, and how long will it take til you explain it to us. Let’s break it down a bit. The military has a HUGE influence on the story line of Lost, but what about the characters we follow everyday,
Jack – Capt Benjamin Franklin Hawkeye Pierce (M*A*S*H)
Locke – Sgt. John Miller (Saving Private Ryan)
Sayid - Capt. Said (Three Kings)
Kate - Lt. Jordan O’Neil (G.I. Jane)
Sawyer - John Winger (Stripes)
Hurley - Dewey Oxberger (Stripes)
Sun - Maj. Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan (M*A*S*H), maybe, still putting Sun together
But, do these connections, and character developments make sense. Locke and Miller have that lost inside, and psychical condition they try to fight. Kate breaks rules and will keep fighting, for good or bad? Sawyer is the comic relief always having a joke and making fun of anyone. Hurley also, being a comic relief in many ways.
(IN CASE YOU MISSED IT)
Nadia Elena Comaneci
Facts from http://www.nadiacomaneci.com/bio.htm
Mikhail said they share the same birthday Nov. 12th 11+12=23 A number. Which LOSTpedia was nice enough to let me go ahead and add to their site. I will be also adding info onto LOSTpedia in the future, I support this site for the fact that they separate everything, and are very smart. Since we don’t do spoilers, we don’t see any.
Also, Nadia Joined a newly formed gym club, "The Flame," in 1967; coaches are Marta Karolyi and Valeriu Munteanu.
DRINKS and THE SWAN
Sorry no pic. The beer from last week, I remember doing a freeze frame and seeing that the beer had the logo for the Swan Hatch, but in Mikhail’s Flame Hatch, mostly everything had a Flame logo, but the drinks, Vodka and Merlot. Beer, vodka, and wine, we have ourselves an ABC Liquors over at the Swan, the place to be. Wonder why. And now it’s dead, dead, deadski.
COLLECTED FROM THE FARM HOUSE:
What did Kate and Locke get from the Farm House that may be useful. When Kate is asking John is ready, she gathers some stuff, was John smart enough to grab some stuff before entering 77. I hope he’s not THAT stupid, I mean, it is Locke, right?
TRANSLATIONS: (lostpedia.com)
The dialogue before Bea Klugh was shot dead (or is she?) from Mikhail
* The dialogue in Russian:
Klugh: Mikhail. Mikhail! You know what to do.
Mikhail: We still have another way [out].
Klugh: We cannot risk. You know the conditions.
Mikhail: There is another way.
Klugh: They captured us. We will not give (or let, or betray) [unintelligible].
Klugh: You know what to do. It is an order.
Mikhail: We still have another way!
Klugh (in English): Just do it, Mikhail.
Mikhail: Forgive me. (shoots)
What was written on the paper Locke picks up that’s in Russian, and proofread in red marker.
.. lost in his country, and they must...
... and, if necessary, through complete social
(break) [ I suppose it implies a complete social upheaval or overthrow - Soltari ]
...
... in a measure, it made Andrey to feel alienated [Not `pushed away', physically, sounds rather like an event or idea which made him to feel alienated, estranged, repelled or rejecting. - Soltari].
* The name Andrew-Andrey is higlighted with red, and the handwritten note at the side states: "And my name is Andrey, too".
- Nadji was not...
- the Afghans' resistance. [Most probably it means the armed opposition and the guerilla war of Afghans against the Soviet Army troops. - Soltari], but he was an excellent [soldier? a spy? A `a specialist'? In any case, he was a great expert in what he did. - Soltari].
- He was a cousin of an influential... [Here the word is not simply "cousin", but meaning the third level of family relations, their grandmoms or grandpas were siblings, but not their moms or dads; so, it's not a very close cousinage. - Soltari]
-... [he, a male] controlled one of the northwestern..
... [he, a male, was] ...[analytical?] specialist who was helping to...
... Mujahads who used... [Mujahads or Modzhaheds are Muslim armed groups, usually participants of Jihad.- Soltari]
PREDICTIONS:
THE BARRACKS CREW:
Not going to be easy for these five. The map is a decoy, or Mikhail will run off thanks to Locke. I have a feeling we might not see these five until the next week after this next Weds. Locke and Mikhail have a LOT going on, more than we ever know. And Locke won’t say it, cause Locke is all pissy with Sayid. That opening scene in Enter 77, no one talks to Locke like that.
LOCKE'S SCAR:
What’s up with Locke’s scar, being on the same eye as Mikhail’s? Hmmm.
DESMOND:
More on Des very soon. The whole waking up naked and Claire will surface it’s ugly face in the next three episodes.
CLAIRE:
Dead, alive, Desmond’s fantasy, a sister to Jack? We will find out more soon. Charlie take a seat, we don’t need you for awhile. Now we must focus on Aaron, Des, Claire, and Sun. Yes, Sun!
PLEASE COMMENT! Very interested in Others and Dharma, what’s the truth?

* The dialogue in Russian:

Who The Fuck Are The Arctic Monkey's...Brianstorm NEW SINGLE
Arctic Monkey’s – Brianstorm
Thank you Sheffield for finally doing something right. I was never a Pulp or huge Thompson Twins fan. I can’t stomach the Full Monty, and as for the proper football teams, can’t stand Sheff Weds and not a Sheffield United fan at all (go back to Championship League). But finally Sheffield gave birth to one of the most amazing rock bands to come out and play music in 10 years, fuck it maybe 20 years. Best rock band to come about since Weller and the Jam.
We’ve been through some MAJOR rock revival in the 80’s and 90’s, and I could never put alternative rock or bands like Faith No More or Nirvana, or metal revival icons Isis, Pelican in this category. But when I say rock bands, I mean indie/punk revival bands that put an indention on the music scene. The Jam, The Police, Husker Du, maybe a runner up for this revival coming up, Kings Of Leon. If you are not a Oasis fan, stop reading now, please. But if you have not found the Arctic Monkey’s yet, they have a handful of singles and one album that broke them “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I Am Not,” go find it, go buy it, go sing a long.
Vanessa and I heard of the Monkey’s but never gave them a listen until they played Saturday Night Live. My friend Ben pushed “When The Sun Goes Down” music video and I was like eh, I guess, but never listened to it. But it was when they came out and played “…Dance Floor” on SNL and I lost my SHIT. “A Certain Romance” and I was sold. Just never yawn and get caught by lead singer/guitarist Alex Turner.
The Sheffield quartet has a new album in April, and shows the band has no intent of slowing down. The band have mixed up their sound with bluesy B-Sides, and Alex Turner’s writing what he knows as in a pretty private lifestyle. Here is the new single that BBC played over the weekend and should be out very soon. I have finally uploaded something on my rapidshare, and it’s very much worth it. GO GET IT!

LOST RECAP...WHAT I GOT out of TRICIA TANAKA IS DEAD S03EP10
(Remember, Vanessa, Jim and myself DO NOT watch trailers/previews for the NEXT WEEK or spoilers, let’s just focus on what we THINK will happen and RECAPS)
First off for this week, I want to take a second a honor the family and friends for the two LOST crew members who had past away from heart attacks last week. Very sad news, and I hope for the best with everyone.
Sorry, didn’t mean to start off so harsh, so, let’s go to some THANK YOU’S. THANK YOU to EVERYONE who reads the blog, I saw that my blog post on “Stranger in A Strange Land” was #21 in the most popular/viewed blogs on Myspace in Movies, Television, and Celeb’s last Friday and throughout the weekend. YOU GUYS RULE! THANK YOU!
Okay, let’s talk about tonight’s episode, “Trisha Tanaka Is Dead.” For most of us, I’m sure we felt it was really heart felt, sweet and it was a “finally we get to see the Losties again” episode. But like Twin Peaks always said, the owls are not what they seem. DIG DEEPER.
RECAP!
“SHAMBALA” by Three Dog Night:
If we remember, in Season One, Hurley was listening to a song on his CD player about “I got troubles oh, but not today, Cause they're gonna wash away, They're gonna wash away”. The song was called “Wash Away” from Joe Purdy. Last night, while fixing the car Hurley comes out with his tape player listening to Three Dog Night’s “(Road to) Shambala” which also comes back on while Charlie and him kick start the VW. In Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Shambhala is a mystical kingdom, ”Pure Land”, hidden somewhere beyond the snowpeaks of the Himalayas. Man, I love this show. SO FRIGGIN’ SMART!
RED FLOWER:
Hurley puts a red flower on Libby’s grave. I need to look into this red flower. Why now, why red? Anyone know?
LUCKY RABBITS FOOT/WE MAKE OUR OWN LUCK:
First, Hurley’s dad says it in the car while fixing it., “Good things will happen and they will”. But then he says, “In this world, we got to make our own luck.” In this “world” huh? This episode focuses mostly on luck, but what of hope? Was it hope that started the van? Sawyer also says “If it’s hope your looking for, you’re on the wrong damn island.” Then go to the other island Hurley. But! Listen to your daddy and not Sawyer, hope is not stupid.
HURLEY:
Hurley is at this point, TURNED AROUND, big time. Yes, he’s crazy, but maybe this is what he needs to go sane. Maybe it wasn’t the mental hospital to help him, but the island. He got rid of Dave on the island, what else can he cure. So, with Hurley going through all this, finally he might not be the cute cuddly “Snuffy” we know. Hurley has lifted this curse? So what happens now? Also, read VW and VINCENT for more of something deeper with Hurley.
SOMETHING I FOUND INTERESTING:
AMAH. Hurley’s father’s motorcycle (probably for advertising/legal reasons) is a YAMAHA, but the Y and the last A are taken off. AMAH is a term used in other dialect, as a woman employed by a family to clean, look after children, etc. In a legend of Mosuo, small ethnic group in China, border of Tibet, closer to the Himalayas tells a story of a rock in Hong Kong, and according to legend, a faithful wife waited loyally for her fisherman husband, not knowing he had drowned and was turned into a rock by the goddess of the sea. Nice!
VW VAN and VINCENT:
Oh no everyone, DO NOT GET EXCITED and think this “FEEL GOOD” episode was what you are thinking, cause this episode was anything but “FEEL GOOD.” Hurley says to Charlie (of all people) “I’m kind of cursed, death finds me dude.” And who else comes after that but Mr. Death himself, Vincent! Adorable Vincent happens to bring the arm of a SAWN HATCH “Work Man” named Roger. Roger’s arm is holding a key and a rabbit’s foot (good luck) attached, and Vincent requests Hurley’s assistance. Things seem peachy, but why now this VW van? What will this van bring, who will die? We haven’t seen Vincent even before the death of Eko, and Vincent seems to show up when he’s doing his scouting, then shape shift when it’s kill time. ALSO! Vincent is protecting Hurley and watching Sawyer and Jin when Hurley is praying, wait, what? Yes, Hurley was praying. Something is connected with Vincent and Hurley. Vincent sniffs out the bad, and we know Hurley isn’t supposed to be on the island, so what does Vincent need with Hurley. Vincent WANTS Charlie! He’s bad! Keep READING!
ROGER:
Who is Roger? Is he dead from a curse? I’m gathering it’s not Radzinski since he blew his head off, but who was Roger? I think the show is still telling us drinking and driving is bad, right Cynthia and Michelle?
RUNNING OUT OF FOOD/RECYCLING:
I don’t know, something might be happening on the island where everyone has to fend for himself or herself again. Sawyer mentions recycling. Recycling? Why?
BROKEN CURSES:
Charlie was with Hurley when Hurley lifted this curse. So does this mean Charlie is safe, these visions that Desmond had a flash of the past?
SAWYER LOVES CHILDREN'S TV:
Little House (on The Prairie) huh? But hat about Sawyer calling Hurley “Snuffy” (my fav), and “Blockhead” (Peanuts, Charlie Brown), or Skeletor (He-Man). Cute? A little too much? Whichever it is, is there more than meets the eye? Ha! Sorry, I had to!
All I have to say to Kate, Locke, Danielle (can we call her that yet?), and Sayid is LOOK UP!!!!
Which leads to our PREDICTIONS (not SPOILERS!!!!):
LOCKE and SAYID – will split up with Danielle and Kate to take on Patch In the Hatch since this next episode is a Sayid centric episode. Sorry, I saw this on TV.com doing a I’m Feeling Lucky on Google when I typed in Tricia Tanaka is Dead. Sayid has a passed that he wants gone, but I feel with a flashback episode of Sayid, we have warfare to come. Also, Patch has someone or sometwo telling him someone might be coming. Wonder who it is? I hate those two, arguing over Dharma Oat Bars,
DANIELLE and KATE – will spilt up with Locke and Sayid to go and find her daughter. But, when getting to the island and find it’s OTHERS deserted, they will bump into Cindy and the “Watchers”. They will lead them the right way, but it will be Karl who KILLS Danielle thinking she is trying to harm Alex instead of helping her. Whoa mama!
CHARLIE – Not safe yet, are you? But wait! What if he is? And that leads to someone else to die. Like Claire. This might sound a little too Final Destination but works, what if she was next in line to die, since she was drowning, and in the tarp house when lightning struck. SHE WAS CLOTHED IN THE EATER FOR F’s SAKE! Something’s gotta give with her, she’s not safe. Aaron NEEDS to be given away. Also, what if Vincent was seeing if Hurley had power over Charlie, and which he does. So Vincent goes ahead and makes Hurley use Charlie for something and kills Claire. Ha! Okay, sorry! You never know!
NIKKI and PAOLO – F’ these two! They are bad, awful, worse, terrible, dreadful, worst, very bad, much worse and horrible. NO GOOD! Not to be trusted. Plus, they are a cheap way of bringing two new characters to thee show. I have a feeling Paolo may rule as a bad guy soon, but not as a Lostie. Paolo comes out of the bathroom in the hatch when patch decides to go to the camera. Paolo told him they were watching him. Only way! There’s no motion detector I’m thinking, so Patch knew they were watching him. Bollocks! Paolo, in the bathroom, radio’d while flushing and said “go to the camera, I think we’re watching you!” BAM! PATCH! YEAH BOY!
